Built on proven concepts

Analog ties together tried and true productivity principles into a simple, easy-to-use system.

Tangible Progress

Seeing your process build up over time is a powerful motivator. We don't get this same satisfaction from digital apps.

Doesn't feel like work

Most planners and productivity journals feel like extra work which makes them hard to keep up with. Analog is so simple that it almost feels invisible.

A handwritten to-do list on notepaper sits in a wooden holder beside a white computer keyboard on a desk.

Designed to enjoy

While the power of Analog lies in the system itself, every detail was considered – from the paper stock, to the dot grid pattern, to the way the cards smoothly slide into the holder.

Task Signals

Throughout the day, mark each task as completed, in-progress, or delegated. Feel free to create your own symbols.

A hand writes on a to-do list with a gold pen. Next to it is a key: solid circle for complete, half-filled for in progress, arrow for delegated, circle for appointment, and plus for create your own. A chart explains symbols: a filled circle for Complete, a half-filled circle for In progress, a cross for Delegated, a circle with a plus sign for Appointment, and an empty circle for Create your own.

Design is in the Details

Analog is made in the USA from premium materials. From the solid walnut base to the thick 100# uncoated paper stock, no detail is overlooked.

A rectangular, wooden tray with a sliding lid partially open, revealing an inner compartment. The wood has a rich, dark grain and the lid features a small metal fastener and a hole for easy gripping. Three notepads are stacked, labeled Today (white), Next (off-white), and Someday (brown), each with lines and circles for making lists. The background is a light, neutral color. A close-up of a wooden tray holding two notepads, one with lined paper and circular checkboxes, and another with blank white pages, on a light background. Three dark green folders stacked diagonally, each with three small, round beige fasteners along the top right edge, set against a light background. Three sheets of paper stacked diagonally: a white dotted sheet on top, a cream-colored sheet in the middle, and a brown kraft paper sheet on the bottom, all with smooth, rounded corners. A handcrafted wooden tray with a smooth finish, featuring a groove along one side and a minimalistic geometric logo engraved on the front corner. A close-up of three stacked dark green boxes with the word Analog printed in white on the top box. The side of the boxes displays copyright text in small white font. Five rectangular wooden blocks, each with a slot on top and a small logo on the side, arranged in a diagonal line on a white surface. The blocks display various rich brown wood grains.

Analog is my perfect desktop companion. I can use it for digital tasks, but it lives where I have constant and easy access to it, beside my keyboard.

Less is more. Above all the to-do lists apps and task boards, a simple Analog card on my desk every day keeps me more focused than any of the more complex tools I've tried.

What I love even more than the simplicity, is the built-in archival nature of the cards. There's something special about seeing a stack of cards that represents a whole week – or a whole year! – worth of work and progress.

As someone that can spend more time messing with my to do list app than actually doing things, Analog is great because it helps me focus. I also really like the dot grid on the back for sketching quick ideas.

Analog is becoming an invaluable tool for me as I plan each day with the numerous tasks and deadlines. I've found it gives me a sense of balance and organization I didn't have before in an analog format. And, I really enjoy that they're pocket-sized.
