As COVID-19 continues to spread, our tee manufacturer in Los Angeles has shifted to making face masks for the general public. This allows them to keep their small staff employed, who otherwise would not have any work.
They secured a permit and reached out to see if we'd be interested in helping them get the masks to market.
We're not looking to make a ton of money off these, just provide a solid product as we all try to safely navigate this pandemic.
After I tweeted this idea, I realized just how big the demand is right now, especially with several states already having executive orders for face covering in public.
The super soft 2-ply fabric is breathable and machine washable. The mask is designed to sit comfortably on your face with large coverage area.
Sidenote: By adding a subtle Ugmonk logo to the side we are able to support the Luis, the screenprinter who operates in the same building as our tee manufacturer. While this may seem small, this project is giving him a huge boost!
