What is Ugmonk?
Ugmonk started in 2008 as my creative outlet to design high-quality, minimalist products that I wanted. Now over a decade later, we are still a family-run business that's committed to creating and curating thoughtfully-designed products that will stand the test of time.
We obsess over the details (some people might think we’re crazy) but we think it’s worth it. Here’s what our customers are saying.

How do you pronounce Ugmonk?
One word: “ugg-munk”
Where did the name come from?
While the actual origin of the word remains a secret, we chose the name because it was simple enough to remember and weird enough to stand out. When we chose the name “Ugmonk” it had no connotations or associations which allowed us to define it to what it is today.

We are located in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, USA (near Philadelphia)
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, we certainly do. You can purchase Ugmonk Gift Cards here. The gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees or expiration dates.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world and have customers in over 75 countries. (We don't currently ship to: Albania, Algeria, Colombia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Pakistan, Slovenia, Tunisia, Vietnam, and more)
Where do you ship from?
All products are shipped by us from our warehouse in Downingtown, PA, USA.
What does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $125 (USA only). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price.
How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?
All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
Domestic Shipping (within the USA):
Standard Shipping (FedEx Ground, USPS First Class, or Priority Mail): 5-10 business days
Express Shipping (FedEx Express or USPS Express Mail): 2-3 business days
International Shipping (varies per country):
First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)
Priority International: 10-15 business days (customs processing times vary)
Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes if I live outside the USA?
Most likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
Can I track my order?
We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. International customers, once your packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but your package is still on its way. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Ugmonk purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Any items used or not in the original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right.
Because we are a small business, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost or provide prepaid shipping labels.
*Final Stock and Warehouse Sale items are not eligible for returns. If you need to exchange for a different size, we will do our best to accommodate if we have other sizes in stock.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

Where are your products made?
The majority of our products are made in the USA with small manufacturers and craftsmen. Check the individual product descriptions for more information about where each one is made.
Can you notify me when a product is back in stock?
My leather mousepad is warping, what should I do?
Since leather is a natural material, it can tend to warp a little bit. To get the mousepad to lay flat, simply work the leather with your hands bending it the opposite direction that it is curling. The more it is handled the more pliable it becomes.
How can I prevent my leather mousepad from slipping on my desk?
If your desk is made from a slippery material like glass, your mousepad may move around a little bit. To prevent this, you can adhere a small piece of double-sided tape or purchase small rubber feet like these.
Why is there a small mark in the hole of my metal Analog divider?
You may notice a small mark in the hole of the metal from where it was hung during the powder coating process, but this is completely normal. The steel parts of Analog and Gather are powder coated to give them a super durable finish. Here's a video of the powder coating process.
What are the 3 small dots on the Analog cards for?
These are the Card Signals. Use these dots to rate how productive you are each day. For example, if you complete your entire card, fill in all 3 dots. Or you can also use the Card Signal to tie related projects together. All “work” projects might get two dots. And all “home” projects get one dot.
Where should I keep my "Next" and "Someday" cards?
Keep your Next and Someday Cards on top of the magnetic divider to keep them out of sight but always within reach for when you need to jot something down.
Can I pause my Analog subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your Analog subscription at any time on your account page.
Do you sell wholesale?
We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select boutiques which we screen on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that Ugmonk is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well. If you would like more information, please contact us with information about your shop.
I love the design of your website. Where did you get your template?
We designed our site from scratch and spent hundreds of hours (and cups of coffee) building it. It runs entirely on Shopify.
We put a lot of thought and time into creating a unique experience to communicate what our brand is all about. Please do not copy or use any parts of our site as your own.
Can I hire you to do custom design or development work for my company?
Sorry, we don’t do any outside design work. Ugmonk keeps us so busy that we don’t have time to take on any other projects.
